Visa Requirements
- Completely filled up application.
- Valid passport 6 months from the date of travel.
- (2) recent passport size photos with white background. (not older than 30 days/1 month)
- Vaccination certificate, (yellow fever) if applicant will travel through or stay in yellow fever belt. For the latest Yellow Fever Policy please
- Latest BIR-issued Income Tax Return (ITR) with BIR-received stamp and issued for the last taxable year (Original and Photocopy)
- All supporting documents should be duly certified by the Police in South African Commissioner or Commissioner of Oaths; This only pertains to minor
- Invitation letter (From your Sponsor / Relative / Friend. If applicable).
- Original covering letter signed by the applicant stating the name, passport number of applicant(s) and duration of visit. Letter must have the physical address, as well as contact details of authorized signature’s name, designation and signature (should clearly mention who will bear the expenses of the trip)
- Proof of hotel booking or accommodation.

Added Remarks:
- No Appearance needed
- When Submitting COE Please include: Salary Details, Leave of absence & HR Email Address.
- There must be 7 working days before the proposed flight itinerary;
- Please do not leave any blank in the application form. Kindly put “N.A.” if it’s not applicable.
- Make sure that the back page of the passport is completely filled-up (Address, Tel Numbers and Name of Person to be contacted in case of emergency)
- Please submit complete documents to avoid delays in processing.
- Release date may depend on the embassy’s decision and may be prolonged if unavoidable circumstances would happen.
